As certified Generative leadership Coach, collaborator, designer and integrator of somatic learning experiences, I co-design body-centered practices that show individuals and groups alike to unapologetically tap into and resource their newfound sense of body freedom.

I am a master at generating safe, sacred, and playful learning environments. I guide individuals through a series of self-reflection practices that lead to increased awareness and choice points – as they explore how our racialized embodied emotional historical cultural narratives define the way we observe, stand, and move in the world.
